Voting in CU1 Meetings I hereby appoint the members of the Board of Directors of Credit Union 1, as proxies to cast all votes I am entitled to cast for the election of directors, mergers and any matter with regard to which credit union members are entitled to vote by proxy, as the majority of the directors sees fit, at all annual or special meetings of the members of Credit Union 1 hereafter held and any adjournment thereof, from time to time and year to year, until and unless this proxy is cancelled by me. I hereby authorize said proxies to designate a person or committee to cast the vote or votes of me in such manner and for such candidates as the proxy shall determine, hereby ratifying whatever said proxies may do. Eligibility You are eligible to become a member of Credit Union 1 if you join the Credit Union 1 Educational Development Association with a one-time $5 donation that Credit Union 1 will make on your behalf.
